The development of the design is approached as a team process with Samuel Ng and a project manager working in close collaboration with the client to bring each project to completion. Teams from within the office are brought to each project at critical moments, which enables members of the office to work on a cross section of jobs and better understand the ethos of the practice as a whole.

Efficient and well-established working relationships with structural and environmental engineers, cost control consultants, and specialist consultants are facilitated through the practice's use of information technology.
